• Really terrible service, since it's come under new management they have cancelled twice on me with no explanation and only notified me an hour before.

  If you have a busy life that makes it hard to get time off and balance work, I definitely don't recommend as they've been consistently unreliable.

  Make an appointment, maybe it will be upheld, but probably not.

  Really, can't say how bad I think they are, I'm moving dentist in future as not worth the hassle.

• Very good dentist, under pressure at times but will always see you if needed, best dentist i've been to in London for treatment and always listens, yeah it was a bit up and down when he first took over but i think it has been sorted out now.

• Very rude receptionist. I think her name was michelle. You can tell in the tone of her voice she doesnt want to help or you are nagging her. Unprofessional. I was discussing this with a friend only to find out her mother was removed from the list because of this same lady. What a nuisance.

• The reception in this practice is a total joke! I have been excluded from the practice for missing appointments which I have not booked and no one has been bothered to inform me that this happened in order to address this. When I said that I have not booked any appointment I've not attended or didn't cancel in advance as required the receptionist didn't take this seriously.

• I was referred to them from my own dentist ,they been exceptional and for the service I receveid was outstanding..
  Hope to go back there for my next treatment.
