• This is a hard one for me because I've been coming here for 2 years now. My rating has dropped and it's mainly down to the new young Hygienist they now have. Came to get my teeth cleaned a month ago and to be honest it was the most painful experience ever. I've had teeth sensitivity for the last year, but I've never experienced anything like this before. And yes, I did mention this to the Hygienist. She was well aware. I've complained about poor cleaning results in the past, and was meant to get that sorted in March, but then Covid 19 hit. And that was with a different Hygienist if I'm not mistaken - she was lovely and even though I was disappointed in the cleaning, she was a pleasure to deal with and I honestly hardly felt any pain with her (again due to sensitivity). Now, they've upped their price to see the Hygienist and the results are worse than ever before. I'll continue seeing the Dentist but I'm definitely not coming back to see the Hygienist.

• I had an appointment with Devika Bhasi, hygienist. Outstanding service, after the cleaning I felt like I got a new set of teeth. Best hygienist I ever met. She took enough time to explain how to maintain good oral health. She is amazing, friendly and professional. Best xx

• If you have extremely sensitive teeth but still want a thorough hygienist session, ask for Devika - she is extremely helpful, gentle, patient and takes her time to scale and polish beautifully. Thank you.
